These terms govern every purchase made on cryotraceroutfit.shop from CryoTrace Outfit OÜ. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them. Nothing here limits the statutory rights of a consumer resident in the European Union.
1. The seller

2. Placing an order
Product pages are an invitation to buy, not a binding offer. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by e-mail. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we cancel that line and refund it in full within five working days.
You may cancel an order free of charge at any point before it is handed to the carrier by writing to our customer care address.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euro and include Estonian VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery cost is displayed before you confirm payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA bank transfer through our payment provider. The full card number is never stored on our systems.
Obvious pricing errors — for example a €389 parka listed at €3.89 — do not bind us; in such a case we contact you, and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
4. Delivery
Orders are dispatched from Tallinn within 24 working hours. Indicative transit times are 2–5 working days within the EU, 4–7 working days to the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and 5–9 working days to Norway and Iceland. Duties for non-EU destinations are prepaid at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on arrival. Risk passes to you on delivery.
If a parcel has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will either re-send the order or refund it.
5. Right of withdrawal and the 60-day field trial
As a consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Beyond that statutory right we voluntarily grant a 60-day field trial: you may wear the item outdoors and still return it, provided it is clean and undamaged beyond normal trial use. 6. Warranty and conformity
Every garment carries a three-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to the two-year statutory conformity period under EU law. The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage caused by accident or misuse, alterations by third parties, or failure to follow the care instructions on the label. Out-of-warranty repairs are carried out at a flat rate of €25 plus parts, for as long as the part is still produced.
7. Use of the website
All text, photography, product designs and the CryoTrace name are our property or licensed to us, and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, to scrape it at a rate that degrades service, or to use it for unlawful purposes.
8. Liability
We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for personal injury, and for anything else for which liability cannot be excluded by law. For everything else our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. Technical performance figures published on this site describe laboratory or field test conditions and are not a guarantee of safety in any particular situation; cold-weather activity carries risks that clothing cannot remove.
9. Applicable law and disputes
Estonian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Please contact us first — most issues are settled within a day. If we cannot agree, EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr or turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee.
10. Changes
We may amend these terms for future orders. The version in force at the time you place your order is the one that applies to it.
